No? Well, apparently there have been some rumors about this, prompting famitsu.com to ask Square Enix for some clarification.

Said Square Enix PR's Rights Property Management Divison, "This is completely false information. Not limited to just FF, we're working daily to ensure that everyone can enjoy our titles as games. At the present, we are making absolutely no moves in that area."

The next potential glimpse at Final Fantasy XIII will likely be at Square Enix's upcoming August private event, where it will presumably be shown in PlayStation 3 form.
