The cast of [name]Tatsunoko VS Capcom Cross Generation of Heroes[/name] grew a bit today as Capcom announced new characters for the arcade crossover fighter. The previously announced cast of Chun Li, Ryu, Gacchaman and Casshern is now joined by two warriors, one from the Tatsunoko side and one from the Capcom side.

Representing Tatsunoko Productions is Tekkaman, the main character of Uchu no Kishi Tekkaman (Tekkaman: The Space Night). He makes use of his lancer for standard attacks, but his special attacks include moves involving his whip.

From the Capcom side comes Batsu, a character from the Shiritsu Justice Gakuen (aka Rival Schools) fighting series. His standard moves will be recognizable to fans of the Justice Gakuen series, as the controls are said to be the same for performing combos and super jumps.

The cast for this new versus fighter continues to grow.

Capcom says to expect even more characters for the arcade fighter, which is set to begin operation this Winter.
