A release date all set at August 22 for Inazuma Eleven on the DS, Level-5 appears to at long last be ready to get specific on another area of the title's "media mix" campaign: the Inazuma eleven anime.

The publisher shared preliminary broadcast details today on the anime, which is being simply titled Inazuma Eleven. Set to begin airing this October, the anime will be broadcast on TV Tokyo channels.

Inazuma Eleven can already be seen in manga form through a serialization in Coro Coro Comics which began back in May.
