Tecmo boss Yoshimi Yasuda resigns
Company cites "personal reasons" as reason for departure.
Tecmo announced via its corporate website that, effective September 1, Yoshimi Yasuda will be resigning his post as CEO. The company cited "personal reasons" as reason for the departure.
Replacing Yasuda will be current Tecmo chairman, Yasuharu Kakihara.
Yasuda's departure follows a lawsuit from former Tecmo producer Tomonobu Itagaki. Tecmo made no mention of that case in its announcement today.
