Remember that big mystery countdown site that appeared on Spike's official site earlier in the week? The identify of the game has been revealed and it's -- brace yourself -- BioShock!

That's right, the original. The big announcement was for the PS3 version which was previously unannounced for a Japanese release. The teaser site now contains a trailer for the game along with final release information: December 25 at 7,140 yen.

As previously disclosed in overseas markets, the PS3 version of BioShock adds a number of elements over the Xbox 360 version, including a new Survivor difficulty setting, as well as Trophy support.
