Round three of Sony's Min Gol x Maiitsu Festival promotion is at hand, and it looks like it's going to be a dream come true for Toro fanatics.

The Min Gol x Maiitsu Festival is a cross-promotion campaign between Minna no Golf 5 (known as Hot Shots Golf internationally) and Mianichi Issyo. The latter title is an item-based download game featuring Sony's cat mascot Toro.

The big update for round three is a downloadable character for Minna no Golf 5. Toro himself will be playable in the golf game for those who hand over 500 yen cash to Sony.

For Mainichi Issyo, this phase of the promotion adds to the vast array of download content for the game a new cos play game, a miniature golf game called Minnya no Golf Ball. This game offers single and two player play as well as "versus Jasmine" play. Pricing is set at 600 yen.

Both downloads will be available for 600 yen.

Sony also shared preliminary details today on round four of the promotional campaign. The Mainichi Issyo 2nd Anniversary Tournament will be held in Minna no Golf 5 starting November 8 and lasting through November 13. Participants and top players will be rewarded with original lobby character parts.
