Ad-Watch: WHAT THE HELL Edition
Bandai Namco may be protecting the environment, but they're endangering my job.
Check it out:
Them there's some billboard ads for Gundam Musou 2.
I wish I'd have taken those shots for myself. But I didn't. Bandai Namco actually had the nerve to hand out "official shots" of the billboards just as they went up today.
As someone who's job description actually has a bullet point for taking pictures and scans of video game advertisements, my Job security went down by 0.5 points today (there are a lot of bullet points).
Here are some more variations. These shots were also provided by Bandai Namco.
The most notable point about the billboards is that they make no mention of the PS3 version of the game. This appears to be an Xbox 360-only promotion.
Also, Bandai Namco noted that there are exactly five variations of the billboard design, as shown in the above shots.
A few of the shots were taken in Yotsuya, a station right in the center of Tokyo. The billboards can be found in a total of 21 stations, where they'll stay until January 8. Shibuya (my local station -- woot!) will have the ads in 5 locations, so I presume that means I should be able to take my D40 around tomorrow and get super clear pics of all variations.
