Neptune, Plant 42 added to Resident Evil Creatures website
Capcom's creatures corner is almost complete.
Capcom gave the official website for the Wii version of Resident Evil an update today with the latest look at the game's creatures.
Following up on last week's update, which featured two spider-like creatures, Web Spinner and Black Tiger, this week's update offers a look at two distinct creatures, Neptune and Plant 42.
Neptune is a bio-organic weapon (B.O.W.) that was produced by Umbrella to determine if the t-Virus could be used on water creatures. It was originally a great white shark.
Plant 42 is a meat-eating plant life form that was created accidentally when the t-Virus was released. It gets its name from the observation point from which it was first observed. Due to the effects of the t-Virus, it grew at an extremely fast rate into a giant creature.
As usual, video clips of these and all other creatures introduced so far can be seen at the Creatures Lab section of the official site.
The Resident Evil Wii port will be released next week on Christmas Day. Capcom still has two more creatures waiting to be shared at the site. These will presumably be shown before then.
