Family Ski tops one million worldwide

North America accounts for more than half of sales for Bandai Namco skiing title.

Bandai Namco announced today that its Wii skiing game Family Ski has, as of December 13, crossed the million mark in worldwide sales.

An entry in the company's revival of its Famicom-era "Family" series of titles, Family Ski promises players the chance at experiencing direct ski control by using the Wiimote and Nunchuck controllers as ski poles. The game, and its sequel Family Ski World Ski & Snowboard, also include support for Nintendo's Balance Wii Board peripheral.
