The latest publisher to catch the countdown teaser site bug is CyberConnect 2. The publisher opened up such a site today, counting down to what will presumably be a game unveiling on Friday, the 16th.

CyberConnect 2 is the studio behind such titles as Naruto Narutimate Storm and .hack. It works primarily with Bandai Namco Games.

The studio also has a new DS title in the works which appears to be unrelated to the countdown.

Countdown sites are becoming somewhat of a regular occurrence for game announcements. Most recently, Spike staged a New Years countdown which lead to the unveiling of Way of the Samurai 3 for the Xbox 360.
