Those hoping to try out Star Ocean 4 in advance of its February 26 release should head on out to Akihabara over the weekend. Square Enix will be holding a demo event for the game at the Yodobashi Camera Multimedia shop on Saturday from 12:00 to 17:00.

This announcement was made via a posting at the Star Ocean 4 official blog.

According to the bog post, the version on display at the event will start players off with a different set of save data compared to the Tokyo Game Show demo. Additionally, a new character will make an appearance.

The first 100 people who play the game will receive a poster as a gift.
