- Shadaloo Pack
- Release on March 5, Includes Vega, Sagat, Balrog, Bison and Seth

Pricing for each pack is set at 400 yen on the PS3 and 320 MSP (equivalent of about 480 yen) on the Xbox 360.
Following the release of all five packs, Capcom will make available an "All-In Pack" value set featuring all 25 costumes. This will cost 1,200 yen on the PS3 and 1,000 MSP (equivalent of about 1,500 yen) on the Xbox 360.
The arrange costumes can be selected from the character select screen in the area where you select character color.
