Phantasy Star set for DSi Ware
Nintendo confirms mini version of last year's DS title.
Sega is the latest third party to embrace Nintendo's DSi downloadable games service, DSi Ware. Nintendo opened up a special site today for Sega's first DSi Ware game, Phantasy Star Zero Mini. Word of the game first leaked out earlier in the week.
As detailed at the Nintendo page, Phantasy Star Zero Mini is a 3D action game that's based around last year's Phantasy Star Zero. The DSi Ware version offers score attack play with players working through one area of play and attempting to defeat a creature named Raven. This area was included in the full PSZ game.
Up to four players can take part in the game, teaming up to defeat Raven. The game even includes the visual chat system from its retail counterpart. Each player will need to have a copy of the game in order to play together.
Priced at 200 DSi Points, Phantasy Star Zero Mini will be released on March 25. Screenshots can be seen at the Nintendo site.
