Earlier in the week, Enterbrain and Mainichi.jp shared a few April game sales stats. For a closer look we turn today to Famitsu.com, which posted a full top ten software chart for the month today.

Here's how April looked in the software world

  • Monster Hunter G (Capcom, Wii): 142,852
  • Sengoku Basara Battle Heroes (Capcom, PSP): 130,969
  • Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G PSP the Best (Capcom, PSP): 92,827 -- total 648,249
  • Mario & Luigi RPG 3!! (Nintendo, DS): 83,919 -- total 551,810
  • Pro Baseball Famisuta DS 2009 (Namco Bandai, DS): 66,490
  • Gundam Senjo no Kizuna (Namco Bandai, PSP): 57,537 -- total 142,470
  • Jikkyou Powerful Pro Baseball 2009 (Konami, PS2): 50,958 -- total 123,800
  • Wii Fit (Nintendo, Wii): 44,678 -- total 3,313,584
  • Killzone 2 (Sony, PS3): 43,028
