Capcom Details World Hobby Fair Lineup
Playable Monster Hunter 3 joins latest Mega Man Wave Master tournament.
Capcom will be showing off its latest and greatest at the summer World Hobby Fair. Well... just one of its latest. But it may very well be its greatest.
Monster Hunter 3 will be on playable display at the show, the company announced yesterday via a special World Hobby Fair page. Those who try out the game will get a special clear file.
Unfortunately, that's the only new product from the company. The Capcom booth will also house Mega Man Star Force 3 and Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G, although these are both already available.
For Mega Man, players can look forward to a special event-only three battle demo. Visitors to the booth will be able to download special battle card data. Capcom will also be distributing a special Noise card: Ultimate Paralyze Master. This will be available in limited quantities.
In addition to the games, the Capcom booth will house a goods shop featuring some first ever Monster Hunter goods.
And, of course, Capcom will continue its tradition of WHF Mega Man Starforce tournaments with Wave Master 2009. This will be held on the 21st.
The World Hobby Fair will be held on June 20 and June 21 at the Makhuari Messe on the outskirts of Tokyo. Admission to the event is free.
