Monster Hunter 3's Network Service... Has Not Yet Begun
Find out when it starts, inside!
Capcom seems like it's getting a bit desperate to make sure Monster Hunter 3 stays in the headlines leading up to it August 1 release. Today, the company announced that the game's network service would start off on August 1 at 10:00.
Monster Hunter 3 arrives on August 1, and most stores will probably open their doors at 10:00, so this news is probably of no concern except to the few who do manage to get the game early.
As previously detailed, Monster Hunter 3's online mode is a paid service, requiring that players purchase Hunting Tickets for limited play time. However, the game does include a free trial period of 20 days.
