Microsoft is offering racing fanatics some major incentive to put their name down in advance for Forza Motorsport 3. Those who pre-order the racer will get a download card for a free 2010 Audi R8 5.2 FSI quattro car with a special paint job. The card will be handed to buyers at retail.

Forza 3 hits here in Japan on October 22, just ahead of the rest of the world. Microsoft is offering both standard and Limited Edition versions, priced respectively at ¥7,140 and ¥8,190. Both versions qualify for the bonus item offer.
