These Are Your Winning Yakuza Girls

As promised, Sega held final auditions today for its Ryu ga Gotoku 4 (aka Yakuza 4) host club cast. The game's official site was updated with the results in the afternoon.

And here's your winning group:

From left to right, top to bottom: Noa Mizutani, Maya Mori, Shizuka Saito, Rio, Himeka Kawasaki, Elena Aihara, and Chihiro Ikki.

Best that you know the games, as these girls will be digitized for appearances as hostesses in the next Ryu ga Gotoku game that probably won't be released outside of Japan.

Sega also gave a "special mention" to this girl:

That's Maiko Shirosaki. She won't be appearing in the game as a hostess, but she will head up the Ryu ga Gotoku 4 cheering squad and appear at the various promotions that Sega puts together for the game.

As detailed yesterday, Sega held an audition ceremony in Tokyo's Minami Aoyama area today to determine the final results. Series general director Toshihiro Nagoshi appeared alongside other staff members and some celebrities to make the selections.

Sega will presumably offer a closer look at that ceremony later today or tomorrow. I'll pass on the details if there's anything worth reporting.
