Square Enix Details Tokyo Game Show Plans
Final Fantasy XIII, Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep to be playable.
Although producer Tetsuya Nomura did his best recently to downplay Square Enix's Tokyo Game Show plans, the company opened a special page for the show today confirming a pretty solid lineup of playable and video-only offerings.
According to the official site, the following product will be shown:
- Four Warriors of Light: Final Fantasy Gaiden (DS)
- Dragon Quest Monsterss Battle Road II (arcade)
- Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep (PSP)
- Lord of Vermillion II (arcade)
- Front Mission Evolved (PS3/X360)
- Final Fantasy XI Vana'diel Collection 2 (PS2/X360/PC)
- Final Fantasy XIII (PS3 -- playable)
- Kingdom Hearts Coded (mobile)
- Seiken Densetsu 2 (mobile)
- Final Fantasy Dissidia Universal Tuned (PSP)
- Final Fantasy The Crystal Bearers (Wii)
- Final Fantsay IV The After Years (Wii)
- Final Fantasy XIV (PS3/PC)
- Dragon Quest IX (DS)
- Motto Dragon Quest Fushigi no Dungeon (mobile)
Of these, Front Mission, Seiken Densetsu 2, Final Fantasy XIII, Birth By Sleep, The Crystal Bearers, Four Warriors of Light, and Dragon Quest Fushigi no Dungeon are playable. Everything else is video-only.
Final Fantasy Versus XIII? Final Fantasy Agito XIII? The 3rd Birthday? Nomura said in a recent Famitsu interview that trailers for these games are unlikely to be shown.
