Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep Finally gets an Official Site

The Birth By Sleep official site.

Square Enix is known for its Flash heavy official sites. Not surprisingly, the newly opened Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep official site will melt your CPU within five minutes, or your money back.

Opened today, site offers sections labeled information, story, movies, character, and "Message from the Kingdom."

The story and character sections offer a recap of the game's background story, and a look at the three playable protagonists, Terra, Aqua, and Ventus.

The "Message from the Kingdom" section links to the series' official blog. The blog is newly opened as of today and currently only contains a short greeting.

The movie section contains a single trailer. I'm pretty sure it's old, as it lists an older release time frame for the game. But, for those who haven't been keeping up with the game's media, it's worth a watch, as it mixes in lots of gameplay footage with the usual indecipherable event sequences.

Finally, the information section contains general release info. The site lists a Winter 2009 release time frame for the game. This was previously shared in last week's Famitsu.
