Sega has been slowly announcing its cast of actors for Yakuza 4. Everyone announced so far has been male, leading to lots of male characters, but today the company shared the first female voice performers and first female characters.

Today's announcement includes the return of regular cast members, including Kuroda Takaya as main character Kiryu Kazuma and Rie Kugimiya as heroine Haruka. Hidenari Ugaki will be returning as Goro Majima, with Yamaji Kazuhiro returning as detective turned newspaper reporter Makoto Date.

Newcomers include Koichi Yamadera as Hayao Akiyama, president of financial organization Sky Finance, Aya Hirano as Hana, an employee at Sky Finance, Koyama Rikiya as Taiga Saejima, an escaped prisoner who killed 18 people, and Fumihiko Tachiki as young gang leader Isao Katsuragi.

In the past, Sega provided images showing 3D image capture for newcomer voice actors, whose likeness will be appearing in the game alongside their voices. The company did not provide such shots for the latest cast additions.
