More Tokyo Game Show Offerings from Capcom
Sengoku Basara 3 and Tatsunoko vs Capcom re-release to appear at big event.
Capcom gave its Tokyo Game Show special site an update today, detailing new titles and more for the event.
Previously, the company confirmed playable appearances by Okamiden, Rockman EXE Operate Shooting Star, Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles, Lost Planet 2, and Ghost Trick. Today, Sengoku Basara 3 (aka Devil Kings 3) and Tatsunoko VS Capcom Ultimate All Star were added to the lineup, although not in playable form.
Sengoku Basara 3 will be featured in a stage event in which producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi will share the latest information on the game along with a trailer.
Tatsunoko VS Capcom Ultimate All Star, a Japanese release for the upcoming overseas version of last year's crossover fighter, also be featured in a stage event. In addition to the showing of a special video, the game's producer will have a presentation that promises "surprising announcements."
Visit the site's theater page for short video clips of both games. The Sengoku Basara clip doesn't have any gameplay footage, but does show off the facial animation that Capcom has been talking about for some time. The Tatsunoko clip offers a look at one of the newcomer characters, including still gameplay screens.
The site's goods page was also updated today with the latest goods that visitors to the booth will be able to purchase. Items cover such franchises as Monster Hunter, Gyakuten Kenji, and Sengoku Basara.
Capcom will also be showing mobile product in the NTT DoCoMo booth this year. Full House Kiss, set for release this Winter, and Edotan, now available, will be playable.
