Namco Bandai Games appears to be making some moves in online gaming. Dengeki Online reported yesterday that the company will soon be opening Namco Bandai Online, a wholly owned subsidiary that will concern itself with planning, development, and management of PC-based online games. The subsidiary will begin business on October 1.

Once operations start, Namco Bandai Online will assume full control of Gundam Network Operation, which is currently currently under Namco Bandai Games. The new subsidiary will also take over related user account information.
