Namco Bandai Shares Tokyo Game Show Lineup

Tales, Gundam, Tekken, and .hack

Namco Bandai has been providing title-specific updates on its Tokyo Game Show plans for the past couple of weeks. Today, it long last summarized its entire plan for next week's big event through a special event page.

According to the information at the page, the following games will be playable in the Namco Bandai booth:

  • Tekken 6 (X360/PS3)
  • Gundam VS Gundam Next Plus (PSP)
  • Super Robot Taisen Neo (Wii)
  • Macross Ultimate Frontier (PSP)
  • Tales of Vesperia (PS3 -- already out)
  • Tales of Graces (Wii)

  • Gundam Network Operation 3 (PC)

Gundam VS Gundam's playable status is somewhat of a surprise, as the game was only just announced today. Its release is planned for December 3, though, so this could be its last chance at a major gaming event.

Also of note at the official site is a list of stage events.

Press-only events include a .hack//Link Project announcement meeting for the 24th, where the latest announcements about new .hack projects will be made. The 25th will see a press tournament for Tekken 6, featuring both domestic and overseas players.

Public events on the 26th include an Idol Master Dearly Stars SP Stage, a "Robot Games" stage, a "God Eater The First Mission" stage featuring talk sessions and demo units, and an Idol Master Dearly Stars PSP stage.

Continuing a tradition, Namco Bandai will hold two different Tales events. The event on the 26th is about Vesperia and Graces. The event on the 27th is about just Graces. Both are one hour long, so perhaps the second day will contain additional information on the upcoming Wii entry.

You can also keep up with Namco Banda's goods sales for the show at the official site.
