CSI Kojima Productions would look like this
More from the Kojima Productions blog. Plus, guess the mystery character!
Kojima Productions makes fantastic games. But have you ever wondered what would happen if they were approached to make a spinoff of CSI?
The Kojima Productions blog provided a sneak peak in a post earlier today:
That's Kojima Productions doing their best... well, I really don't know what they're trying to do, to be honest. According to the post, the image was taken outside Konami's Tokyo Midtown office space. It appears that the image will be used as part of a new top image for the blog.
In addition to frequent bits of wackiness, the Kojima Productions blog has established itself for occasional breaking stories. It was through the blog that Hideo Kojima himself revealed that the Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker team is working on control changes for the game after having taken feedback from players. Kojima also used the blog to promise a new Zone of Enders game.
There hasn't been too much of note of late, unfortunately. Most of Kojima's posts consist of a picture of some form with the text "Now Recording." Apparently, the Metal Gear mastermind is hard at work on Peace Walker's sound recording (the latest was in Konami's "E Studio," which Kojima says is usual).
One recording post from the 21st was titled "Secret Recording." Accompanying the text "The appearance of an important character who must not be revealed?" was this image:
The mystery session appears to be a briefing tape sequence, but the pen blocks out the name. Any guesses?
