Sega Paints Tokyo in Bayonetta

New advertisements take up prime real estate around town.

Sega's promotional push for Bayonetta continued today with the announcement of two major advertisements for the game.

The first one is already live. In fact, you might have seen it yesterday on this site's mobile blog. Sega has bought up the very visible ad space on the world famous 109 shopping mall in Shibuya. Bayonetta will grace the side of the cylindrical building from 10/23 through 11/5.

Here's a clear look at the ad's artwork:

The other ad will be located in an underground passageway near the east exit of Shinjuku Station from 10/26 through 11/1. Passersby will pass by two 2,060mm x 7,280mm posters of Bayonetta housing such catch phrases as "She smells of taboo."

The little block-like things covering Bayonetta are fliers. People can pull them off, gradually revealing more and more of Bayonetta's figure. The fliers contain a code for accessing a special time limited Bayonetta mobile site.

Bayonetta hits PS3 and Xbox 360 on October 29.
