As announced yesterday, Valkyria Chronicles 2 will be seeing a demo shortly. The date of arrival is November 2. Today, Sega shared details.

The demo will consist of two modes: a training mode which teaches the basics of the gameplay, and a mission mode which allows players to sample the game's multi-area battle field system, a new feature for the sequel.

This sounds similar to the Tokyo Game Show demo, although Sega did not specifically state if this is the same as that version.

The demo will not allow you to save, nor will it allow you to use the game's network features. It requires just 80 megabytes of space, so it's presumably all gameplay.

Interested parties can access the demo via PlayStation Store on the 2nd. The Valkyria Chronicles 2 official site will also offer the demo starting November 5.

It's going to be a crowded week for PSP demos. November 1, the day of PSP go's domestic launch, sees demos for Phantasy Star Portable 2 and Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker. The 2nd sees a demo for Sega's new Let's Make a J.League Soccer Club in addition to the Valkyria demo.
