In case you're all worked out on Wii Fit Plus, IE Institute has a new fitness title on the way to make sure you get the most out of that pricey Balance Wii Board. Titled Isometric & Karate Exercise: Wii Pelvis Fitness, this exercise program hits on December 3 at ¥5,040.

Wii Pelvis Fitness features arranged versions of exercises from judo trainer Toshiyuki Ikeda. Over 50 exercises in all are included, from stretches to muscle training. Some of the exercises support the Wii Balance Board.

As suggested by the name, the exercise list includes karate mini games. These can be played by up to four players.
