Dress Your Tales of Graces Characters Like Idol Masters

Namco Bandai is going all Phantasy Star Portable with this week's Tales game.

Screens of the costumes will presumably be shared later this week.

The key word for the Japanese game industry in 2009: crossover. And not just because of Sega's ridiculous pairing of properties, game related and non game related alike, for Phantasy Star Portable 2. Even Namco Bandai is getting in on the crossover act through Tales of Graces.

First reported in this week's Famitsu, the Wii RPG, which hits retail tomorrow, will see Idol Master and Hatsune Miku costumes later this month.

The Idol Master costumes will be available starting 12/16 at 13:00. They make the Graces characters (presumably -- or, hopefully -- just the girls) look like they just came out of a recording session in DS's Idol Master Dearly Stars.

The Hatsune Miku costume will give your characters the long green pig tails of virtual idol Hatsune Miku. This costume will be available starting December 23 at 13:00. Famitsu's screens show just heroine Sophie with the costume. She, of course, already has pigtails of her own, but they're purple and curly.

These two pieces of DLC will run for 400 WiiPoints each.
