Sony Bundles Michael Jackson's This is It with PS3

Here's a slightly different hardware bundle for the PlayStation 3. Sony unveiled today a limited edition bundle that combines the 120 gig slimline PS3 with the Blu-ray version of This is It.

Produced as a collaboration between Sony Computer Entertainment Japan and Sony Pictures Entertainment, the bundle, officially known as the PlayStation 3 Michael Jackson This is It Special Pack, includes a standard Charcoal Black PS3 unit, complete with the usual DualShock 3, power cord, AV cable and USB cable, and a copy of the This is It Blu-ray. The bundle will be released on January 27, day-in with the Blu-ray's solo release.

This is a limited edition, complete with special packaging.

Pricing for the bundle is ¥33,500. This is It goes for ¥4,980, meaning a ¥1,460 savings over buying the PS3 and Blu-ray separately.
