A peek under Phantasy Star Portable 2's ¥300 Santa Dress, as seen at My Game Flash

Apparently, the costume's "color" can be set to eight options. But rather than changing the color of the costume itself, the setting changes the panties.

Incidentally, I read two Japanese game bullshit/humor blogs, My Game Flash and Hachimaki. My Game Flash seems to be the place to go for panties.

Phantasy Star Portable 2 keeps on getting zany DLC. Last month, the Santa Dress appeared to be the only sane option amongst a "Christmas Tree" sphere, a "Merry Christmas" grenade, and a wearable "Reindeer Stuffed Animal" male clothing item.

Yesterday marked the start of phase two of the game's Pizza Hut collaboration. Between January 7 and January 31, order a Pizza Hut pizza online, and your piping hot pie will come delivered in a box that looks like this:

On the box, you'll find passwords for a "Deluxe Pizza" slicer weapon and a "Pizza Hut Gourmet Box" shield.

The first phase of the collaboration, which includes an in-game Pizza Hut that sells pizza-themed food items is also currently running.
