These Were the Top Games of December

New Super Mario Bros. Wii beats out Final Fantasy XIII for the top spot in the monthly charts.

Lightning put up a good fight against Mario.

It's 13 days into January, but just to be complete, here's Enterbrain's top 10 monthly sales ranking for December. The info was posted at Famitsu.com late last week.

The December top 10 shares many of its entries with the 2009 full year top ten that Enterbrain shared earlier. There are a few exceptions for games that managed to squeeze into the top ten for the month but couldn't reach the lofty heights of the platinum-heavy year chart.
