First Look: Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition's Last Two Characters

You might have heard by now that Rebecca Chambers and Barry Burton are the final two characters additions for Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition's new The Mercenaries Reunion mode. Now get your first look.

With these two, the full roster for the updated Mercenaries mode is complete. For the record, that roster reads:

• Exoskeleton (Chris)
• Office Lady (Sheva)
• Warrior (Chris)
• Folklore (Sheva)
• Josh Stone
• Excella Gionne
• Barry Burton
• Rebecca Chambers

Joining the two new characters in an update at the Gold Edition official site is a look at one last new feature for the game. Capcom has been mentioning the addition of figures for Gold Edition. The official site confirms that there will be 10 new figures, viewable in an "Extra Figures" viewing mode.

Of course, you'll have to unlock the figures in order to see them.

The Director's Note blog section of the official site was also updated today. Yasuhiro Anpo explains that one of the charms of The Mercenaries mode is that they can freely add characters to it without worrying about conflicts with the main story. This explains why they're able to put in Barry and Rebecca.
