Shinji Mikami and Suda 51 are on Twitter

The latest round of Japanese developers to join Twitter are Shinji Mikami and Suda 51.

Mikami, creator of Resident Evil, just started on the 10th. Notable posts since then include: "Actually, this month I started a new company," "Albert Wesker, Arehado Desker" (I have no idea...), and "I'm eating ice cream."

Suda 51, creator of Killer 7, started on the 9th after returning to Japan from Paris. Most of his posts have been about composer Akira Yamaoka, who gave a concert at Game Developers Concert today.

Suda has recently been using translation software to create English versions of his posts, as so: "With Babel Fish in the midst of translation. As for me natural bone three day monk. twitter third day and thrust. Tomorrow is climax."

Suda and Mikami are mutual followers of Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima, who has English speaking staff translating his Tweets as soon as they go up.
