Double Dose of Long Legged Mario in Enterbrain's Top 10

New Super Mario Bros. Wii joined by Mario Kart Wii in this week's sales chart.

Just in case one week at the top wasn't impressive enough, New Super Mario Bros. Wii is back atop the Enterbrain sales charts this week. But it's not the oldest Wii title on the chart. That honor goes to Mario Kart Wii which, now two years after its April 2008 release, was the 10th best selling game for the week.

Enterbrain's sales data for April 12 through April 18, passed along as always by Famitsu.com, is mostly older titles once again. New Super Mario beat recent hits like Pro Baseball Spirits 2010 on PSP and long sellers like Friend Collection. The only new titles in the top ten were the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of No More Heroes, coming in respectively at 8 and 9.

Here's the full top 10:

  • 1. New Super Mario Bros. Wii (Nintendo, Wii)
  • 2. Pro Baseball Spirits 2010 (Konami, PSP)
  • 3. Friend Collection (Nintendo, DS)
  • 4. Pokemon Ranger Path of Light (Pokemon, DS)
  • 5. Pro Baseball Spirits 2010 (Konami, PS3)
  • 6. Wii Fit Plus (Nintendo, Wii)
  • 7. Fist of the North Star Musou (Tecmo Koei, PS3)
  • 8. No More Heroes: Heroes Paradise (Marvelous, PS3)
  • 9. No More Heroes: Heroes Paradise (Marvelous, X360)
  • 10. Mario Kart Wii (Nintendo, Wii)

Famitsu will share Enterbrain's full top 30, complete with numbers, next Thursday (4/28). Media Create's top 30, with sales figures for the top 10, will be released Wednesday afternoon.
