First Look: Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown
Sega shares a first trailer and details the new costume system.
Forget that stylized trailer Sega shared of Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown back at AOU. The update's first real footage debuted today.

VF5 series director Daiichi Katagiri has been discussing Final Showdown in his blog at the Virtua Fighter official site over the past couple of weeks.
Last week, he shared a number of bits and pieces. The game makes use of Lindbergh, he confirmed, and not the rumored Ringedge. He also detailed a few of the gameplay changes, which I'm going to have to leave to the VF pros to parse.
This week, in addition to the trailer, Katagiri provided some details on the game's costume system. Final Showdown promises greater freedom in dressing up your characters by giving you access to a special S-type costume. This costume is basically swimwear or something close to that -- a costume that doesn't cover up too much. Once you've obtained the S-type costume, you can freely attach items and coordinate the character as you like.
