Nintendo America president Reggie Fils-Aime introduces Nintendo's game lineup at the company's E3 press briefing. Most 3DS announcements came from his boss, Satoru Iwata.

Now officially named 3DS, Nintendo's upcoming 3D portable device has some huge backing from Japan's 3rd party development community.

Nintendo revealed today that such popular franchises as Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Street Fighter, Metal Gear Solid and Ridge Racer are all coming to the system. In addition to dropping the names, the company shared screenshots providing a first look at many of these.

Japanese support for the system includes the following titles:
