CyberConnect2 Opening Tokyo Studio
Naruto and .hack developer expanding from Fukuoka homebase.
CyberConnect2 is following in the footsteps of its fellow Fukuoka-based developer Level-5 and opening shop in metropolitan Tokyo. The company announced today that its new Tokyo studio will open on July 12 near Oimachi Station.
The announcement came via a recruitment page at the CyberConnect2 corporate site. The lists positions for the new studio, including artists, game designers, and programmers.
A message at the recruitment page reads: "We are now starting a completely new project that's possible because of cooperation between Fukuoka and Tokyo."
CyberConnect2 is known for is work on the .hack series as well as game adaptations of the Naruto franchise. The studio is also currently working on Solarobo for DS.
