Space Invaders Hits iPad
Replicate the classic arcade experience, especially if you have an original arcade unit.
Space Invaders HD hit iPad today. It looks a little something like this:
Taito previously released the classic arcade title for iPhone/iPod touch in February of last year. For the iPad version, it's encouraging players to replicate the classic arcade feel by placing the game on... a table top arcade cabinet, it seems.
The game does have a two player mode, so even if you don't have a classic cabinet sitting around, you may want to try putting it on a standard table.
Space Invaders HD is available worldwide for ¥600/$4.99.
