The Catherine Hype Spreads to Retail

Atlus begins promotions with an eye catching poster.

Catherine isn't due until later this year, but Atlus is already getting the marketing underway. As of today, promotional materials have started appearing at retailers.

Walk into your local game shop, hopefully not with your mom, and you might see this B2-sized poster:

That's the same darn piece of artwork that opened up the Famitsu feature last week. Maybe Atlus really will put it on the box...

According to the Catherine Twitter, which shared the image today, posters and promotional videos are being placed in retailers nationwide starting today. Catherine won't be available until Winter, so they've got plenty of time to give the game a big push.
