Criminal Girls Slapped with a D Rating

What happens when you release a game about spanking bad girls with blushing breasts back into virtue? You get slapped with a D rating from CERO!
According to Famitsu.com, Criminal Girls is Nippon Ichi's first D. The site, presumably quoting Nippon Ichi's press release, said that the game got the D because it's "too sexual."
For an example of that sexuality, visit 4gamer, which has some audio clips of the girls in mid punishment.
