Imageepoch Holding New Title Announcement Conference in November
CEO says to expect multiple title announcements at event.
Imageepoch CEO Ryoei Mikage revealed today plans for a new title announcement conference to be held in November. In a post at his blog, Mikage said that multiple titles will be announced at the event.
He said to expect more details on the press conference plans starting in November.
Mikage previously teased an announcement event for some time around the Tokyo Game Show. He hinted at a game for an HD system, a new net game, and a secret project which he listed as "XX." Nothing came of this tease, so it's presumable the November event is what he was referring to.
Widely known for their RPG expertise, Imageepoch has worked on such games as Luminous Arc, 7th Dragon, World Destruction (Sands of Destruction), Last Ranker and Arc Rise Fantasy. The studio's latest project is a joint development with Nippon Ichi for PSP's Criminal Girls.
Mikage will be a busy CEO over the coming weeks. Also in the blog post, he said that in addition to preparing for the conference, he'll be heading out on a business trip to Los Angeles.
