God Eater Burst, Winning Eleven Score Big in First Week

PSP go sees 300% sales increase following price drop.

One of God Eater Burst's new Aragami creatures. The update (it's not a full sequel) appears to be off to a good start.

Nintendo's recent sales dominance came to an end this week thanks to some major third party releases for PSP and PS3.

Topping the charts in Media Create's latest sales chart was Namco Bandai's God Eater Burst. Sales of the game's standard and append versions combined for 263,150 units.

The PlayStation 3 version of Winning Eleven 2011 debuted in second with 215,257 units. The Xbox 360 verison, released simultaneously, did not place in the top 20. The PSP and PS2 versions will see release on the 18th.

DS got a couple of RPGs in the top ten via Golden Sun and Solatorobo. Love sims were also big this week, with both Dream Club and My Wife cracking the top 10.
