Two Weeks at the Top For God Eater Burst

Monster Hunter clone beats newcomers like Fallout New Vegas and Radiant Historia to cross 320,000 units.

Namco Bandai is aiming for 500,000 units sold for God Eater Burst.

Major releases slowed down some this past week, allowing God Eater Burst chance to capture the top spot in the Media Create sales chart in its second week. The Namco Bandai Monster Hunter clone followup sold an additional 61,000 units to bring its two week total to 325,000 units.

The top four titles were actually so close this week that the top spot could have gone to any of the recent number one sellers. Super Mario Collection, Pokemon Black & White and Winning Eleven 2011 all came close to number 1.

Only three newcomers made it into the top 10. Fallout New Vegas sold 37,000 on PS3 and 24,000 on Xbox 360, good for fifth and seventh respectively. They sandwiched Atlus DS RPG Radiant Historia at sixth with 33,000 units.
