Gran Turismo 5 Date Set

Gran Turismo 5 will make it out this year!

After weeks of post delay speculation, Sony Computer Entertainment set today a final release date of November 25 for Gran Turismo 5. Internationally, the game is due on the 24th.

The game will carry its previously announced price of ¥7,980, and will ship initially as a first print version that includes a five car download code and a 308 page booklet. The previously announced Gran Turismo 5 Racing Pack, which bundles the game with a 160 gigabyte "Titanium Blue" PS3 is also due for the 25th, priced at ¥35,980.

Joining the game on the 25th will be Logicool's Driving Force GT and G27 racing wheels. The dates for these were announced earlier in the week, leading to some speculation that a final date for the game would follow.

Going along with the date announcement, Sony provided a course list and car list. The lists show which cars are full "Premium" models, and which courses have weather and time effects.
