Atelier Viorate Teaser Site Opens

Gust confirms latest PS2 to PSP port for Atelier series.

The PSP version of PS2's Atelier Viorate: The Alchemist of Gramnad 2 got just a bit more official today as Gust opened a teaser site for the game.

The site lists the game with the new surname "Gunjou no Omoide" (literally "Deep Blue Memories"). A release is set for February 3, priced ¥5,040 for a standard version and ¥7,140 for a limited edition.

While site won't see its full opening until the 26th, this week's Famitsu confirmed most of the details from last week's retail leak. The PSP version will include additional event and ending scenes and three new characters: Lapis, Nanami Shumitto and Sphere. The magazine provided artwork for the three.

Atelier Viorate: The Alchemist of Gramnad 2 was originally released for the PlayStation 2 in June 2003 as the fifth main entry in the Atelier series. Its predecessor, Atelier Judie, was ported to the PSP in April of this year.
