Sony Announces "Western Game" Label
New label for local releases of overseas PSN games. First three games hit tomorrow.
Sony Computer Entertainment Japan announced today the "Western Game Buyer Selection" label, a category of PlayStation Store download exclusively for Western PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable titles.
The label will kick off on the 25th with Castle Crashers and Comet Crash for PS3 and Young Thor for PSP. These will be priced respectively ¥1,500, ¥1,000 and ¥500.
Sony says that it plans on adding a variety overseas titles to the label in the future.
