Today is somewhat of a big day for the Phantasy Star Portable series. Exactly one year ago, on December 3, 2009, Sega released Phantasy Star Portable 2. PSP2 was honored today with a Gold Prize at the PlayStation Awards, meaning it sold 500,000 or more units.
