One Million Person Monster Farm begins service in January.
Another storied video game franchise is going social. Tecmo Koei announced today plans to bring the Monster Farm simulation series to social gaming service Mobagetown under the name "100-man-nin no Monster Farm," or "One Million Person Monster Farm."
Monster Farm is known for having players create new creatures by feeding the game data from CDs and other sources. For this new social version, players will be able to create monsters based off their friend lists. Additionally, players will be able to pit their creatures against one-another in battle.
Service on One Million Person Monster Farm will begin in January. Tecmo Koei began registration today for a beta. Cell phone users can access the registration site here.
