Radiant Silvergun: The Joystick

You can probably get by just fine playing Radiant Silvergun with a standard controller. But if you've got cash to burn or a Treasure collection to maintain, you'll want to get yourself one of these:

Hori's latest Xbox X360 joypad is the "Real Arcade Pro EX RS-1." Based off the Real Arcade Pro.EX SE joystick, this stick has artwork for Radiant Silvergun on its top and a button layout that matches the standard arcade layout from 1998, when RS first hit arcades. Of course, it also has a head set port so you'll be able to hook up for Xbox Live voice chat.

Pre-orders for the ¥13,500 joystick are now being taken at Hori.jp. As with other Hori speciality items, the device will only go into production if a certain number of pre-orders is reached.

The joystick will be released opposite Radiant Silvergun's Xbox Live Arcade release in 2011.
